Star:have you ever come across this:fear don't kill you, panic does.
Star:do you understand the philosophy inside?
Star: you don't go to control or try to control something that is out of your control or your ability
star: just focus on those things you can handle and do it well
star: that will bring benefit for the effort you spent
star: fear don't kill you = you've the right to feel fear and it is normal to have the feeling of fear
star: but normally fear is not the main factor that let you fall

08/01/09 sick day!

Another sick day!!! haiz...flu n cough same as last month...
I need to recover fast fast.. I donwan to sick anymore ...
Been sick really not a good thing... it will make u uncomfortable and tired...
not much thing i can do.. alway sleep sleep and sleep only..
God,I need to recover fast.. I still got lots thing to do....
hahahah....
